The Debt Operation & Management Software(DOMS) offers a wide range of depository functions. The system provides the functionality for the management of fixed income government securities of Nepal. The software provides registration, full support of operations and settlement using Delivery versus Payment (DvP) Model 1. More specifically, the system manages government securities operations, including the auction master data registration, bidding management, awarding algorithm appliance, registration and settlement of auction results from the primary market, sales and purchases, payment of interest and coupons, registration and payment of full security redemptions.
