These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of timgim (timgim.com, the "Service"). By accessing or using timgim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Using timgim

You may use timgim to discover businesses, read and write reviews, and — if you own a business — create and manage listings. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access it through unauthorised means.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Business listings

  • You may only create or manage a listing for a business you own or are authorised to represent.
  • Listing information must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • We may review, edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law, including spam, fraudulent, or prohibited businesses.
  • A "verified" badge indicates timgim has performed a verification step; it is not a guarantee of quality.

4. Reviews and user content

  • Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. Fake, paid, incentivised, or malicious reviews are prohibited.
  • Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, infringing, or that violates others' privacy.
  • You retain ownership of content you post, but grant timgim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it on the Service.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The timgim name, logo, and the Service's design and software are owned by timgim and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and its content are provided "as is". timgim is a directory: listings and reviews are provided by businesses and users, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any business, listing, or review. Always confirm details directly with the business.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, timgim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any dealings between you and a business listed on timgim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users, the Service, or third parties.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
