Indecom Soie Pvt. Ltd. is a family enterprise registered with Dept. of Cottage & Small Scale Industries of Govt. of Nepal in 1988. We have 3 separate Weaving, Knitting and Dyeing & Processing factories in Nepal. We employ 25 well trained and experienced craftsmen and artisans. Most of the hand work is done by women workers. And we strictly employ workers above the age of 18 years. Our workers are well paid and looked after hence we do not have any labour problems to this day. Mr. Puran Bahadur Baniya Chhetri is the founder and Managing Director of the company. He is highly experienced and specializes in Worsted Fibre Processing Technologies of Cashmere, Wool and Silk. He was trained in Italy, India and China. He is also Executive Board member of SAN (Silk Association of Nepal) and NPIA (Nepal Pashmina Industries Association).
