My experience at the Lufthansa Airlines Rome Office was a mixed bag of positives and negatives. The office itself was well-kept and clean, although it was slightly smaller than I had anticipated, which became more noticeable once other customers began to occupy the waiting area. There were not a lot of seats, and it was a bit cramped, so the wait was somewhat uncomfortable. Thankfully, the wait was not terribly long, but the lack of space could be a problem for those who go during rush hours. When my time arrived to talk to an agent, things improved significantly. The Lufthansa agent I spoke with was friendly, professional, and had great English, which came as a big relief because my Italian is not very good. She quickly grasped the problem with my reservation and told me it could be easily sorted out without much of an issue. She presented a couple of options for rescheduling my flight and went over the advantages and disadvantages of each in detail, ensuring that I knew the costs.
