I am a yoga teacher, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found my passion in life. For me, there is nothing more fulfilling than sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Whether it's teaching private sessions in Nepal or leading group classes in corporate settings, I feel truly blessed to be able to help people find balance, peace, and strength through this ancient practice. As a yoga teacher, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from all walks of life. From beginners just starting their journey to seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their practice, every student brings something unique to the mat. Through personalized instruction tailored to each person's needs and goals, I strive to guide my students towards greater physical health and emotional wellbeing.
