Product range is including:intelligent hotel lock,bluetooth digital lock, wireless lock system and access control system.We aim to provide the innovative electronic locks for the commercial and residental market. Our mission is "Create convenient, high efficient and energy saved happy life". Each product is designed by true heart, meticulous craftsmanship, constantly improve and always keep exploiting to make each product perfect. Beldsmart factory is located in DaLingshan, DongGuan City, GuangDong province, which has over 11000 square meters workshop, 120 workers, 12 engineers and 11 QC. Engineers are all over 12 years experience in smart home industry with strong R&D capacity. As smart home products must be high precision and quality, all of the door lock must pass strict quality test. Ageing test, Salt spray test and so on. 3 free-dust assembling lines, 15 CNC machines, 38 injection machines, 5 die-casting machines and tooling workshop. All the high-end machine support to do high quality and precision smart products. All plastic parts and metal parts are produced by ourselves. From in-coming material to finished products, QC and engineer will follow up to make sure each product to pass the strict test. Workers must do self-inspection when assembling and on-line QC will inspect products also. Any defects found in material or assembling, will be asked to redo and improve, until it can pass the testing. For smart door lock, monthly production capacity is 10,000pcs. Products are comply with CE, FCC and rohs. Beldsmart adheres to the customer first philosophy and create more values for more customers.
