Over 80 years of experience, a conglomerate of 48 companies, a family of more than 15000 employees and an impact on over a million lives each day! These figures are a result of Triveni Group’s continuous commitment, growth and principal foundational values. The Group has climbed an ambitious journey from being cloth merchants to industrialists. Back in the 1930, Shri Gopal Rai Sanghai, imported textiles from South Asian countries and traded them in Nepal. In 1940, Triveni experienced a paradigm shift from trading to manufacturing with its first establishment of “Ghee” (Clarified Butter). This is when it got its identity as a ‘Group’ and commenced its on-going journey of diversification. With a step towards manufacturing, Triveni Group (TG) exposed itself to not only businesses in vastly different verticals but also experienced dramatic changes in its strategic outlook. TG realised that aiming to produce products locally created far reaching ripple effects.
