Once I was attended to, however, the service was much better. The agent was efficient and gave me sound advice for my visit to Dubai. She explained all the various options for seat upgrades, baggage policies, and onboard services in great detail, which allowed me to make an educated decision. What I appreciated most was that the agent was willing to present all my options, including any potential deals or offers that could be made available. Emirates is famous for luxury travel, and the crew made sure I knew all about the extras, which did turn out to be of real value added to my reservation. I was also glad that they accommodated certain special requests regarding my seating arrangements. Despite these little glitches, overall the experience was good. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and efficient when I was eventually viewed. I felt satisfied in the booking for travel once I departed from the office, and I would take this service up again at a future date should I need more assistance.
