I took a visit to a small duty-free store and picked up wonderful souvenirs and local snacks at fair prices. Employees were on hand to assist and didn't appear to be in a hurry, which was a nice touch. Although my flight was close, there were moving walkways and obvious signs directing me to the gate with plenty of time to spare. It's not often that you get to walk through a terminal that's efficient and nice. I would definitely suggest booking a short layover through this terminal if you're flying Aegean. It's a seamless experience from landing to takeoff, particularly if you're new to Schiphol.
