I had gone to the KLM Airlines Columbus Office a few days ago to rectify a minor problem with my reservation, and although the officials were cooperative, the overall experience was not perfect. On the positive side, the customer care officers were warm and did everything possible to sort out my problem. They listened attentively and managed to do the necessary work on my flight. They explained everything to me in detail as well, which was greatly helpful. But the office itself was a little messy. I had to wait for a while, and it wasn't quite clear where I had to go or whom I should speak to when I got there. There were a few other customers waiting, and the employees appeared to be doing several things at once, which caused some delays. Although I did eventually get the assistance I needed, the absence of clear signage or direction did leave me slightly frustrated. I also saw that the office could be updated somewhat. The interior, although clean, was slightly outdated in comparison to some of the other airline offices I've been in. The waiting area could have been made more comfortable, and the procedure could have been a little smoother.
