The airplane was clean once you were on board, and for a low-cost airline, the seats were quite comfy. The flight crew was attentive and always smiling and willing to help. I had a good overall experience, and I was really grateful that the aircraft was on time. 9 Air at HAN Terminal provides excellent prices without sacrificing client service.
