In spite of how busy they were, they treated me with urgency and compassion. They had rebooked my flight, secured me a route with the shortest layover possible, and even assisted me in filing for a partial refund on my original ticket within 30 minutes. They were relaxed, extremely professional, and made me feel as if I wasn't merely a passenger—I was somebody they actually wanted to assist. Another member of the team also verified seat availability so that I would have more legroom as I was flying at night. They printed out everything for me, took me through the airport check-in, and replied to all my questions, even the anxious ones. What might have otherwise been a confusing and emotional traveling experience became a manageable one all because of their commitment and courtesy.
