Tshiring Dorjee Sherpa(Tshering Dorje 111) was born on 12/11/1981 AD in Solukhubhu District’s very remote and difficult to access Mamerku Village of Cheskam Village Development Committee.He completed schooling from Shree Cheskam Higher Secondary School. After then, he statred being involved in Trekking and Tourism Industry ( from 1997 AD). He started his first trekking job with British Mera Peak Climbing Team in 1997 when he was just sixteen years old and he reached to the altitude of 6600 meters for the first time.From 1998 till 2000, he worked as a Trekking Assistant Guide with the British Trekking and Climbing Team. In 2001, he joined the six week long Trekking Guide course and Basic wilderness First Aid course.He also completed Basic Mountaineering Training for fourty days in Manang Region. This training was conducted by Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA.) After the Basic Mountaineering Training, he again joined the Advance Mountaineering Training in Langtang region in 2003/2004 for fourty days. This training was also conducted by Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA ) He also completed the Advance Wilderness First Aid Course in 2010. After successful completion of all the training related to the Trekking and Mountaineering,he have been putting all the efforts in the field of Trekking, Climbing and Expeditions. Tshiring is the lifetime member of the Kulung Sherpa Kyidug Organization Kathmandu, and current President of the Mamerku Sherpa Youth Club, Solukhumbu and current Vice President of Trekking Guide Association of Nepal and Proprietor of Himalayanalpineadventure gear Kathmandu.Tshiring has been supporting the orphan children and the families of his late brother and many more orphan,handicaped men and women of rural village to those who are truely poor and need support.
